Phillipa Dobbin (GAICD)
Phillipa is a 30-year business professional with experience across several industries – in Australia and internationally – specialising in business operations delivering results. She has spent more than 25 years in leadership roles, from frontline to senior corporate level leading large teams (10,000+ FTE) and complex organisational environments.
She has a reputation as an outcome focused, values-based leader with key strengths in possessing a global perspective, building shared vision, collaboration, empowerment, innovation and accountability.
She describes her “superpower” as empowering people in complex operating environments to work cohesively and collaboratively to orchestrate business outcomes. She can often be heard to say “Never forget that there is always a human (customer or employee) in the centre. It doesn’t matter how sexy your technology is, or how beautiful your business model, you forget them at your peril.”
She has a track record of;

She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors’ (AICD) Company Directors Course and has a Bachelor of Science (Physical Sciences) from La Trobe University.
